Amanda was born and raised in Galt and has been a member of St. Luke's for almost twenty years. As many members of our congregation do, she wears a great number of St. Luke's branded hats. She currently serves as a member of the Mission Committee, as the St. Luke's Clerk, as a Eucharistic Visitor, and as an usher/greeter. She serves on the St. Mary's Guild, Event Planning Committee, the Scholarship Committee, the Green Team, and she takes part in pretty much any and all outreach and charitable efforts St. Luke's engages in. She is also a regular delegate to Diocesan Convention and serves as the Editor of the St. Luke's Newletter and E-News, co-runs the church's social media accounts, and is the unofficial graphics designer, event cashier, librarian, and archivist.
Outside of the church, Amanda works as an IHSS caregiver and a writer. She is a dedicated godmother to her beloved goddaughter, the youngest member of St. Luke's. She enjoys reading, writing, gardening, cooking/baking, and crafting, all skills she regularly utilizes on behalf of St. Luke's, especially during Christmas Bazaar season.
